Winter Pre Season Build Group Training
Build Training Program

This second phase is 10 weeks in duration and will focus coached athletes on improving power, include VO2 intervals, and build on overall endurance. Online and class workouts will include hill repeats, tempo training, and begin with the early stages of anaerobic threshold development for time trialing. In addition to early season duathletes, this is an ideal training option for both long and short course multisport athletes looking to start the 2010 season in mid season form. Athletes will have the option of registering for indoor swim, indoor bike, and/or run group coaching.
Build Training runs January 4 through March 12.
