Running Coaching

Preparing beginners to the advanced competitor, Boston Performance Coaching offers a variety of running training programs from the 5K to marathon. We incorporate a variety of methods to improve your speed, endurance, strength, and efficiency as a runner. Workouts can include strides, tempo running, negative splits, fartleks, speed work, and hill running. We understand that each individual running background is different. Using our individual approach to coaching, we will assess your training background to develop a systematic and progressive approach to building your individual volume and intensity to suit your personal goals.

All athletes will have access to an on-line training program via trainingpeaks.com, BPC team running shirt, BPC running hat, our BPC training forum, pace charts, calculators, discounts on VO2 testing and LT testing, and discounts from our sponsors.
All training programs are designed by USA Triathlon certified coaches.
