Pilates Training

Many endurance athletes understand the need to improve their overall functional posture, core strength, flexibility and overall concentration. Pilates Private Training has 6 essential core principles: breathing, focus, postural realignment, concentration, flexibility, and strength. BPC Head Coach, Ali Winslow, provides one on one private Pilates training by appointment only. Included in training- Pilates Reformer, Pilates Cadillac and Pilates Mat methods are all utilized during each session.
Cost: 125$/hr for private session, discounts available for packages of training, call for pricing.
