Indoor/Outdoor Running Workouts

We have found that athletes tend to thrive in group settings and that is our intention. The base period is eight weeks in duration and is designed to improve endurance, strength, and efficiency.

Running workouts will often take place on the Charles River pathways. Workout methods such as strides, tempo running, negative splits, fartleks, and hill running may be utilized.

The 8-wk program begins October 22nd.

This is an ideal training option for: spring 2010 marathoners and half marathoners, early season Ironman and Half-Ironman and beginning runners for 5K and 10K distance.

Group running will leave from Joint Ventures, participants will have access to locker rooms and showers. Located at the Kenmore Square T stop
