Indoor Cycling Classes at Landrys

For the past 7 years, Coach Ali Winslow and Vic Brown have successfully prepared novice and experienced cyclists for the stresses of outdoor cycling, both for competitive racing and recreational use. Participating athletes, some who never owned a bike, report that after this class they have strong seasons each fall and spring and summer.
The Winter Season extends with a 10 week program, Build Phase.
This build phase provides expert coaching programs for participating athletes. Each class will be different and the overall program includes a focus on technique, form, power and strength improvements, includes VO2 intervals, and builds on overall endurance.
This series of classes is ideal for all athletes, from "off the couch" to post season competitive cyclists. Classes will touch on positioning, optimal pedal stroke, overall strength and power. All participants will be required to utilize a cadence monitor and heart rate monitor for the duration of classes. These classes are progressive, and participants will be tested at the beginning and end of the class series.

Cost:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 90 min X10 weeks $350
Tuesdays or Thursdays 90 min X10 weeks $180
Wednesdays 75 min X10 weeks $175
10 Pack $180 for any 10 classes
5 Pack $100 for any 5 classes
Drop Ins $25/class
Bike Storage Fee: $75 for winter season
No storage fee for trainers, mats, and riser blocks
