Fall Base Period Group Training
Base Training Phase

This first phase is eight weeks in duration and is designed to improve endurance, strength, and efficiency. This is an ideal training option for both long course and short course athletes in preparation for the 2010 season. Workouts include easy distance training, strength/weights, and learning about quick form training. In addition, athletes will have the option to register for indoor swim, indoor bike, run, and/or strength training group coaching.
Base training runs October 19 through December 10.
Cost for 8 week Program:
100$ for online program (includes training peaks account)
Options include any 1-4 classes/wk
2 classes/wk $27/wk
3 classes/wk $36/wk
4 classes/wk $45/wk
Customize Training Plan: 100$ (individualize online program)
VO2/LT test: 99$
Individual Consultation: 100$/hr

Mondays 6:30am-7:30am Swim, 7-8pm Strength
Tuesdays 7-8:30pm Bike
Wednesdays 6:15-7:15am Bike
Thursdays 7-8am Run
