Online 8 Week Base Period Coaching
This first phase is eight weeks in duration and is designed to
improve endurance, strength, and efficiency. This is an ideal training
option for both long course and short course athletes in preparation for
the 2010 season. Workouts include easy distance training,
strength/weights, and learning about quick form training. In addition,
athletes will have the option to register for indoor swim, indoor bike,
run, and/or strength training group coaching.
Base training runs October 19 through December 10.
